



Gib was most recently running Business Development for the corporate governance advisory firm, PJT Camberview. Prior to this, Gib was a co-founder of the Private Company Access practice and led the North American Corporate Access team at Citi. Gib got his start on Wall Street as an Institutional Salesperson at Goldman and then at Citi. Gib is a Chartered Financial Analyst and attended UNC-Chapel Hill for both undergrad and graduate school.


Prior to OpenExchange, he led the strategic initiative to expand Ipreo/IHS Market’s Capital Markets solutions to the institutional investor community which radically improved the bond issuance experience for hundreds of clients globally. At Bloomberg, Herb partnered with the firm’s most high-profile clients to establish the AIM Premium business line within Bloomberg’s Trading Solutions practice, transforming product and service offerings to better address the evolving needs of the world’s largest investors.
Herb also has extensive sell-side experience and served in both front office and technology leadership positions at Jefferies, Knight Trading Group, Wit SoundView, SG Cowen, and Merrill Lynch.















He has extensive experience customizing, coordinating and consulting Investor Relations professionals on the details and logistics associated with communcating critical information to Investment constituents through the use of technology solutions. His area of concentration centers on facilitating event management for applications including Corporate Earnings, Investor/Shareholder days, M&A transactions, Town Hall meetings, Crisis and Regulatory communications, Media Briefings and Product/Service launches.
Prior to MessageBank’s inception, he was responsible for global sales at ConferTech International, Inc. an audio conferencing services provider and bridging manufacturer which was sold to Frontier Communications and then Global Crossing. Steven has been recognized by IR Magazine and CIO Review as a “leading executive in the global unified communications marketplace”.
He received his undergraduate degree at Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from Fordham University in NYC.
